It's what's for dinner...

This was what I had for dinner, a veggie burger with asparagus and sharp cheddar on a toasted whole wheat English muffin.  The asparagus rocked!

What's for lunch?

A slice of whole wheat bread, Dijon mustard, fresh spinach, organic tomato salad (Basic Foods), veggie burger and a thick slice of cheddar cheese.  The perfect lunch!
